Returns & Exchanges

At TAFT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted footwear. If your shoes aren't the perfect fit, we offer a seamless returns and exchanges process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and packing slip, then securely package your unworn items in their original box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for your records to track the journey.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
